As I passed through York station this morning the 11.40 to Liverpool came into the station with the DOBS leading...

The train is seen crossing Scarborough Bridge and entering platform 4. 

....at platform 4.

Class 68.

DRS have tried to bring a bit more style back into its locomotive designs with the new class 68 locos. I found 68002 standing at York Station in the spot where we usually find two 1957 vintage class 20s. 68002 is named INTREPID. 68002 stands alongside the snow plough in York station. The loco stands next to the new signalling centre.
